Strip concrete foundations supporting walls built from expanded-clay concrete blocks.
Expanded-clay concrete blocks: 300 mm on the 1st floor and 250 mm on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Insulated with 150 mm stone wool and finished with decorative render.

Plasterboard partitions with two layers of plasterboard on each side (125 mm) and 75 mm stone-wool acoustic insulation.
Between the bathroom and other rooms: plasterboard partitions with two layers of plasterboard on each side (125 mm) and 75 mm stone-wool acoustic insulation. The bathroom side uses moisture-resistant plasterboard.
Precast reinforced-concrete panels. Floors 2 and 3 are insulated with 50 mm stone-wool acoustic + thermal panels; the ground-floor concrete slab is insulated with 150 mm EPS.
Laminate 10 mm KronoOriginal ATL10-K405P, class 33, with underlay (floating floor). Skirtings — MDF veneered, moisture-resistant, 16×70 mm XSR 164.
Tile finish in corridors and inter-floor landings; precast reinforced-concrete stair flights with epoxy coating.

Painted with water-based emulsion. In bathrooms — moisture-resistant emulsion paint. Colour — white.

Dark grey / white PVC frames (REHAU). 7-chamber frame profiles, 6-chamber sash profiles. Triple (2-chamber) glazing, Ug = 0.5 W/m²K. Window sills included.

Balcony floor structure — concrete. Galvanised, factory-painted metal railings with painted perforated metal panels on the outside.
Ground-floor apartments have outdoor terraces with cobblestone paving, accessible from the living room.
Plumbing and drainage are provided in bathrooms and the kitchen area. Washing-machine connections are included.
